Ingredients: 250 g of Deroni rice, 600 ml water, 2 teaspoons of spices, 25 g butter. Method of preparation: Boil water with the spices. Wash the rice and let it drain well. Heat the butter in a pan and add 1/5 of rice. Mix until it slightly changes color. Place the remaining rice and mix it for 1 minute. Pour the water with condiments. Place the lid. Let it boil without mixing about 12 minutes. Rice should be dry and bright.
