For marinade: 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice, half teaspoon of salt, 1 egg yolk, 1 scoop of mayonnaise or 1 tablespoon of flour;
Garnish: Deroni rice, pickled gherkins.
Method of preparation: Leave the chicken breast an hour in the marinade. Remove chicken breasts from marinade then fry it a little bit on both sides in oil. When it becomes brown in color, add sauce. Wait until everything bubbles up. When the chicken breast is done, add chopped peppers and cut pieces of pineapple. This food is served with rice and pickled gherkins.
